?32? 材料导报:研究篇 2010年12月(下)第24卷第12期 反电荷氨基硅/羧基硅共混乳液的膜形貌与应用?眭能’ 安秋风,门 靖,王科峰,王前进,黄良仙,贾顺田 (陕西科技大学教育部轻化工助剂化学与技术重点实验室,西安710021) 摘要 以质量分数为25%的阳离子N-p氨乙基一于氨丙基聚二甲基硅氧烷微乳(ASE)和阴离子羧烃基聚硅氧 烷微乳(CSE)为原料,经水相静电自组装、团聚形成反电荷ASE/CSE共混乳液。以单晶硅作栽膜基质,采用静态浸 渍法将ASE/CSE附着在基质表面使之成膜,然后用原子力显微镜(AFM)、电脑测控柔软度仪等仪器对ASE/CSE的 成膜形貌及应用性能进行研究。结果表明,ASE/CSE具有良好的成膜性能,可在单晶硅基质表面成膜,与单组分硅 乳成膜形貌明显不同。在单晶硅表面,ASE/CSE所成的复合硅膜表面很粗糙,*均厚度达12.45nm,存在众多岛屿。 共混硅乳ASE/CSE整理棉织物的柔软性能较之空白织物明显提升,并赋予织物特殊的油滑手感。 关键词 氨基硅羧基硅反电荷硅微乳膜形貌棉纤维织物 Film Morphology and Application Property of Counter Charged Compound Emulsion from Amino Functional Polysiloxane and Carboxyl Containing Polysiloxane AN Qiufeng,MEN J ing,WANG Kefeng,WANG Qianj in,HUANG Liangxian,J IA Shuntian Chemical Industry.Ministry of Education,Shaanxi University of (Key Laboratory of Auxiliary Chemistry&Technology for Science&Technology.Xi’an 710021) Abstract Using the cationic N-p-aminoethyl-7-aminopropyi polysiioxane microemulsion(ASE)and the anionic concen— tO carboxyi-containing polysiloxane microemulsion(CSE)as experimental materials,which mieroemulsion mass tration is 25%.ASE and CSE are mixed together to self-assemble or aggregate via as electrostatic interaction forlTl counter is charged mieroemulsion compound ASE/CSE.With the silicon wafers on the film forming force substrate,ASE/CSE anchored the substrate surface through static-dipping method.The film morphology and application properties of on the ASE/CSE film self-assembled silicon wafer are studied and investigated by on a atomic microscope(AFM)and can softness instrument.Experimental results indicate that ASE/CSE takes be adsorbed onto good form-film property。which has the silicon wafer surface tO fabricate a on film.However,its film morphology is widely different from a the single microemulsion.The ASE/CSE film its the silicon wafer shows rough surface,which has many islands on surface。and the average thickness reaches 12.45nm.The softness of cotton fabrics treated by ASE/CSE increase Meanwhile,the cotton fabries acquire particular oily and smooth obviously compared with untreated cotton fabricg tactile handle. Key words amino functional polysiloxane.carboxyl—containing polysiloxane,counter charged emulsion,film morphology,cotton fabric 0引言 目前.超分子科学领域发展较快,超分子的构筑与自组 装、微观膜形貌研究越来越多地受到学者关注【11】。通过自 组装可构筑结构规整的超薄膜,亦可构建特殊功能的新型材 料.如带有电荷的无机黏土、良好的吸波材料以及具有较好 手感。这大多源于聚硅氧烷优良的成膜性能[7】。前期工作中 对基于乙酸乙酯溶液中氨基硅ASO-1和羧基硅CAS-2白组 装的微观膜形貌已进行过研究【8】,但工业*被韬汪然 是以乳液形式应用于纺织整理.因此有待继续研究探讨
